I make use of TinyMediaManager to do my initial sorting & fill in some of the numerous shortcoming inherent in Plex - finding correct data, pulling subtitles & art, writing NFO's, etc. Principal being that Plex's media management tools - or severe lack thereof - makes it incredibly hard to maintain a good, clean library. I've also been dealing with this issue (amongst a LOOOONG list) - a feature-set & complementary tools I took for granted coming from XBMC/Kodi.
